A few years ago, two out of work professional fishermen released a 100 year old family recipe called W Sauce. They vowed that if it was successful the next sauce they released would feature a little known Florida pepper, the Datil pepper. Both fishermen loved sauces made from this pepper but they knew they could do it better. After tons of trial and error, here it is Bear & Burton's Breakfast Sauce.
