Hardcore Carnivore Jess Pryless is making waves with this Burnt Ends Sauce which she has formulated specifically for all your meat candy needs. One jar of Burnt Ends Sauce contains the sauce you need to finish off your burnt ends and make them sweet, sticky and buttery with just the right amount of smoke and spice. Jess promises that this sauce will make the best damn burnt ends you've ever put in your mouth, which is saying a lot! 

Ingredients: Invert Sugar, Cane Sugar, Tomato Paste, Water, Distilled Vinegar, Natural Smoke Flavor, Molasses, Paprika Oleoresin, Salt, Paprika, Chili Pepper, Garlic Powder, Modified Corn Starch, Onion Powder, Jalapeno Powder, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum.

Directions: cook desired protein until tender (we recommend brisket or pork belly). Once the meat is cubed, pour the sauce over and return to smoker, pellet grill or oven to reduce and caramelize to desired consistency. The sauce is thick enough to be used without reducing, but tastes even better when you do!
