A nice change of pace
A good way to change things up when you are making pork chops twice in one week. Spicy but still very flavorful.

Tried based on a recommendation of a co-worker. Love it. Adds a great kick. Be carefu,l it is strong, but if you layer your rubs and want to add some great heat, Holy Voodoo you must try!

Kicking cajun
Tried it on some chicken breast and thighs, did not disappoint has the cajun kick and the color is great . Cannot wait to try on ribs and shrimp for my next trials!
