Creole Gumbo Seasoning Mix from Chef Hans is a dry mix which has all the herbs and spices that you will need to make a great tasting pot of wonderful Creole Gumbo just add Celery, green onion/onion to and your favorite meat whether it be Seafood or Chicken or sausage.
Makes 1 Gallon. Serve over Rice.
DIRECTIONS: Mix contents, using wire whisk, in 2 gallons (32 cups) warm water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
SUGGESTIONS: Add 2 pounds seafood or chicken and sausage. Add okra if desired during last 10 minutes of cooking time.
