When J. Dogg Phair created this sauce they were looking to great a premium BBQ sauce that would deliver an extra "kick" to your mouth watering brisket, beef ribs or even short ribs. The sauce may be a little much for chicken, but there is no reason you cannot use it on chicken! Red Hot Mama was designed to be thin so it can be used for mopping on a brisket during a good long smoking. If you mix a couple of tablespoons of Red Hot Mama into your favorite a Meatloaf recipe and then add a thin coating to the top followed by a couple strips of bacon, throw it in the smoker or in the oven the result is incredible!
